Indy is Jeff's pride and joy! We got her from a very good friend, advisor, long-time breeder and AKC Dog Exhibitor Suzie Wilcher of Suebel's Kennels.
Indy is the best companion Jeff has ever had, and he's owned quite a few dogs in his lifetime! If work, kids, and farmlife didn't occupy 23 out of 24 hours in the day, She'd have her own points and titles to brag about.
She has excellent retrieving instincts, and will chase hand-thrown training dummie's, gun-fired dummies, keep her "bird" from all the other dogs trying to get it, and bring it straight back in.... Good dog!!
She LIVES to run and fetch....I think Jeff's going to need a shoulder replacement soon if she doesn't slow down! She is by the far the most obedient dog we've ever owned - wish the other dogs would take some lessons.
Indy's mother belongs to Suzie Wilcher (who else!) and Indy's father belongs to another friend. Her father also has quite long list of points and titles.
Indy's bloodlines have 21 titled dogs, and quite a few of them are in hunting and field trials (no wonder she loves chasing the bird!)
She has OFA (hip clearance) and is in EXCELLENT health. With parents like these, your puppy is sure to be an excellent companion for many years to come!
